Task board for sales representatives
Sales representatives now plan their tasks in their own board, with due dates, assignment and files.
The problem
The task board was only available to companies. Sales representatives had to keep follow-ups and appointments for their prospects outside the platform.
The solution
Sales representatives now have their own task board with the same options as companies: create tasks, set due dates, pin them and attach files. If an administrator acts on behalf of a sales representative, they can see that board as well.
