# Procurement connectivity (OCI, BMEcat, cXML)

The door opener for large accounts: seamless connection to SAP Ariba, Coupa and others. Without these interfaces suppliers never reach corporate e-procurement.

Large buyers do not order in your shop, they order in their own procurement system. A supplier who does not appear there does not exist for these customers — regardless of price and quality.

- OCI punchout: the buyer jumps from SAP Ariba, Coupa or SRM into your catalogue and returns the basket.
- BMEcat export per buyer — with that buyer's assortment, prices and part numbers.
- cXML orders become sales orders directly, with no re-typing.
- Customer number and order origin appear on order, delivery note and invoice.

## FAQ

### Which procurement interfaces are supported?

OCI for punch-out from SAP Ariba, Coupa and similar systems, BMEcat for catalogue export and cXML for orders. Your assortment appears directly inside the buyer’s purchasing system instead of being retyped from a price list.

### What do I need to be connected to a corporate e-procurement system?

A maintained assortment with item numbers, prices and images, a B2B portal for the customer and the access details from their purchasing system. The connection is set up per customer in the panel; customer prices and assortments apply automatically.

### Is this an add-on or part of the subscription?

The interfaces are part of the platform. Most of the effort sits with the customer who enables the catalogue — we provide the technical documentation and a test account.
