Data protection & EU hosting
An anchor of trust: operated entirely within the EU, compliant data storage and transparency towards your customers.
Where data sits is not a technical footnote but a contractual question. miegroup runs application, database and images in the EU — under European law.
What you can actually do with it
- Operation and storage inside the European Union.
- Processing under the GDPR, with records and a deletion policy.
- Consent before any analysis of user behaviour.
- Account and company can be deleted by you, confirmed with your password.
Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
Exclusively on servers within the EU, operated by miegroup; AI functions can also run with models on our own servers. No data is passed on for advertising.
Which contracts and proofs are available?
A data processing agreement, a register of the services used and a privacy notice per website that is generated from your master data for your customers and translated into all website languages.
What happens when an account is deleted?
Customer accounts are anonymised and the e-mail address becomes available again; orders and invoices remain because they must be retained. Companies can delete their account themselves.
