Do I need my own mail system?
No. The company mailbox connects your existing account via IMAP/SMTP or you use a platform mailbox; system mails, newsletters and support run through it with your sender address.
What are versioned templates?
Every mail template — order confirmation, invoice, reminder, quote — has versions with a history; you edit a copy, review it and release it. Templates are translated automatically into your website languages.
How are reference numbers used?
Every outgoing mail carries a reference number in the subject; replies are matched to it automatically so the inbox shows the whole thread.
