### How are DHL labels created?

Straight from the order: validate the address by routing code, print the label, report the tracking number to the customer and to marketplaces such as eBay. The end-of-day closing reports all shipments to DHL in one go.

### What does shipping through the platform cost?

Shipping runs through your own DHL business contract at your conditions. Manually created labels are billed per label; customer shipping rates per country and tier are maintained by you.

### Are other carriers available?

DHL is connected today; further carriers are planned. Shipping costs and delivery times per country appear in the shop and in the structured data for Google regardless.
