Frequently asked questions
Which payment methods are available to customers?
Via Stripe depending on the customer’s country: card, SEPA direct debit, PayPal, Klarna and local methods — the selection adapts automatically to the billing country.
When do I receive my money as a seller?
After the customer pays, the amount is split automatically among the sellers and paid out via Stripe Connect; payout dates and fees are visible in the panel.
How do I set up payouts?
Through the Connect onboarding in the panel: company details, bank account and identity verification directly with Stripe. Until completed, Stripe holds the amounts; afterwards payouts run by themselves.
