Categories in all languages – with readable addresses

The shops' category tree is translated into 25 languages, with readable addresses for each language. The platform translates new categories itself.

The problem

Many categories were in German in every language, and their addresses were run-together keys such as “moebelandwohnenmoebeltischebeistelltische”. New categories, for example for new product ranges, remained untranslated.

The solution

All visible categories now have names and addresses in the visitor's language, for example “Tables d'appoint” under habitat-meubles-tables-tables-d-appoint. When a new category is added, the platform translates it itself within an hour. Old addresses continue to work.
