Product images of older articles were briefly missing
On 11 October, up to 52 articles with older product images showed no image for around an hour and a half. The error has been fixed.
The problem
When product images were switched to the AVIF format, the shop checked whether the new image file already existed. For older images it was only created gradually in the background, and until then these images counted as missing. As a result, on 11 October between about 08:20 and 10:00 (UTC+2), up to 52 articles showed no image in the list and on the product page.
The solution
Since about 10:00, all images have been available in the new format and all articles show their images again. Since 11:45, the shop also checks the original file, so an image is never missing just because the new version is still being created. You do not need to do anything.
