Shared links show a suitable preview image
When shared on social networks and messengers, pages without their own image now show a preview image in the right format instead of a cropped logo.
The problem
When a page without its own image was shared, such as a company profile or an overview, LinkedIn, Facebook and messengers used the logo in the wrong format: cropped or tiny.
The solution
For these pages, a preview image in the recommended format of 1200 × 630 pixels is now created from the website's logo, shown as a large card on X. Pages with their own image show their image as before.
