Email inbox: spam folder and drafts

Emails that your provider filters out as spam are now visible in the panel. Emails you have started are saved automatically as drafts.

The problem

Emails that your provider filtered out as spam did not appear in the panel – not even a customer enquiry filtered out by mistake. And an email you had started was lost as soon as you closed the compose window.

The solution

The spam folder of your mailboxes is fetched as well and appears at the bottom of the folder tree under “Spam”. Expanded, it shows “All mailboxes” and each mailbox individually, with the number of unread emails. What you write is saved automatically after a short pause; under “Drafts” you open it again and continue writing. When you send the email, the draft disappears. Drafts are visible only to the person who wrote them.
