Message field: Set the height yourself
You can now set how many lines the message input field displays at most – the default is 8 lines.
The problem
For longer messages, the input field grew so much that the conversation history was barely visible – or it was too small for long texts.
The solution
Under Profile → Display → “Message field: max. lines”, choose how high the field can become at most. The setting applies to your account; the default is 8 lines; longer texts can be scrolled within the field.
