Email inbox: clearer with many mailboxes
One email per line, collapsible folders, the most important mailboxes first and, when composing, the sender with the logo of your website.
The problem
With many mailboxes – info@, newsletter@, no-reply@, payment@ per website – the folder tree and the email list became long. Each email took up three lines, and when composing, a sender was preselected that was easy to overlook.
The solution
The folder tree shows info@ and scan@ first; all other mailboxes are grouped under “More mailboxes”, and a yellow marker shows when there is unread mail there. The entire folder column can be collapsed, and Trash and Spam can be expanded for each mailbox. In the list, each email appears on one line with sender and subject; you choose the font size in five steps from 12 to 18 pixels. When composing, you deliberately select the sender from a list showing the logo of the respective website, with info@ addresses first.
In brief
How do I keep an overview when I have many mailboxes?

The folder tree shows info@ and scan@ first; all other mailboxes are grouped under “More mailboxes”, and a yellow marker shows when there is unread mail there.
