The problem
Delivery time and availability only appeared once an offer had been selected, and the product page said nothing about the right of withdrawal. Anyone wanting to know who is behind a product found no link to the seller or the manufacturer. The address of a product page consisted of nothing but a number.
The solution
The buy box now shows straight away whether the item is in stock and how long delivery takes. Below it you will find the withdrawal period and who bears the cost of returning the goods – as stated in the seller's withdrawal information, with a link to it. The seller and the manufacturer are linked, and company profiles show the products of their brands. Product addresses now contain the product name, for example /en/shop/687-universal-oil-20-free; old links redirect automatically.
